The hotel amenities were great! Free WiFi was available and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. the hotel is located in the heart of the town, with easy access to all the key locations. the rooms were spacious and spotless, with comfortable bedding and a well-maintained bathroom. the hotel's parking lot is also very spacious.
the hotel's emergency lighting system was not working properly, which posed a safety risk, especially during a power outage.

They never told us that breakfast ended early. We got there at 9.30am with starving children only to be told it was finished. They did not even offer us a discount but just a dry muffin and coffee. The kids were so disappointed. When we did the booking it was as a family but the children's room was not even next to ours. I hardly slept I was so worried about them being on their own. You will definitely not have to worry about us again - we will never make use of your services.

It was not really good. Only lower middleclass.
Big spots of loose paint was hanging down the ceiling. At the breakfast buffet 5 waiters have been very busy with private conversation and offerd me coffee only when I finished my breakfast. They dont really care about the guests. Before the Hotel was lots of business with prostitutes going on. Lots of noise in the rooms. I will not use it anymore.

Overall good value. Staff make it happen for me. Enjoyed the fcat that I was able to book in at anytime. Late arrival from Cape Town.
Did not take away dinner tray after evening meal. It was left outside the room and it remained there for 24 hours until I advised Reception.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at this hotel. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, I appreciated the attention to detail displayed by the hotel staff. They made sure that the rooms had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel's location, although in a slightly less polished neighborhood, offered a unique charm and an authentic local experience. The hotel's location was ideal for my city break. I loved that it was just a short walk away from the city center and had easy access to public transport. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and I appreciated the fresh towels and linens provided daily. The hotel's breakfast was also a great way to start my day and offered a variety of options.
The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was not free and the charges were quite high. The noise from the street outside could be heard in my room and it was sometimes hard to sleep.
